The terms of service is subject to change in the future.
By commissioning me you automatically agree to respect and follow the terms of service.
GENERAL
Please keep in mind that I am still a learning artist, so my style and prices are a subject to change overtime: check my Twitter or Discord to see recent art style changes.• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artworks on my social media, include it in my portfolio and to stream the process at twitch.tv/cowfee_chan unless otherwise discussed, which may incur additional privacy fee.• Keep in mind to place your order at least two or more weeks before you'd like your commission done by. Depending on the amount of people in the queue or other urgencies, commissions could take longer to complete. Priority fees will be given to those who wish to receive their order early.• Visual references are required from the commissioner. If you do not have an existing artwork of the character you want to commission, please provide photo or image references. A well worded description is also welcome.

masculine characters / furry / hard NSFW / elderly / facial hair / overly detailed armor, mecha / offensive themes
PROCESS
• You are able to contact me either via Twitter / Discord DM, or email with the details found in the order form.• After you have contacted me about requesting a commission, I will determine whether I am able to take on your request or not. If accept commission, I will add you to my Trello board where all orders and progress are tracked.• By default your username you contacted me as will be visible on the board to keep track of your order. If you wish to have a different nickname or stay anonymous, please do let me know.• Before I am ready to work on the your commission, I will contact you again and send you a PayPal invoice. After payment I will add you to the in progress queue.• Work in progress is given after each major step: SKETCH and COLORING (these may vary on the type of the commission). The commissioner may request changes (revisions) regarding each step. I progress to the next step after I receive approval to do so from the commissioner.• You receive the full resolution digital file(s) via email or Google Drive. No physical item will be delivered.
PAYMENTS
• Payment is made via PayPal/Stripe invoice and must be received in full before I start the commission. Prices are preferred in EUR.• A 5% transaction fee is given of the base commission price.• Refunds are allowed only if the commission has not yet been started or if there is an emergency on my end, no refunds otherwise.• The displayed commission prices are for personal use orders only. Commercial work (prints, stickers, merch, etc.) incur a higher fee (discussed with me depending on the type of the commission). REVISIONS
• Minor (additional detail, color change, expression change, etc.) and major revisions (pose change, addition of something bigger, etc.) are both allowed to be made.
1 major and 3 minor revisions can be made after the sketch is completed and sent to the client and another 3 minor may be requested after the piece is cleaned and colored.• Additional requests for revisions incur extra fee.
GENERAL USAGE
THE COMMISSIONER IS ALLOWED TO:
• Use and/or repost the commissioned artwork with respect to our agreement and with credit to my social media.
THE COMMISSIONER IS NOT ALLOWED TO:
• Reproduce/use the artwork commercially ( unless it's a commercial order or discussed otherwise ).• Edit my artwork in any way unless otherwise discussed.• Use any commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is not allowed.• Claim the artwork as their own. Please if circumstances allow, credit me if you can. Thank you!
